About Me..
I’m Blythe Siebenaller, born and raised under Montana’s beautiful big sky. Out here, the land teaches you things: how stillness can be powerful, how storms pass, and how growth happens quietly beneath the surface. Those same lessons shape the way I approach therapy.
Healing isn’t about forcing change. It’s more like tending a garden or waiting out a long winter—it takes patience, space, and gentle shifts over time. In our work together, I want you to feel the steadiness of that process: a place where you can rest, breathe, and slowly find your footing again.
