About Me..
Hi, I’m Blythe Siebenaller. I was born and raised in Montana—Big Sky Country—and I’m still amazed by its quiet beauty every day. That sense of space and calm is what I try to bring to my work: a place where you can breathe, be seen, and start fresh.

If you’ve given it everything and still feel stuck, you’re not alone. Healing isn’t always about pushing harder. Sometimes it means slowing down, reflecting, and gently shifting what’s been stuck—with someone who walks alongside you.

My approach is warm, practical, and whole-person focused.
Together, we’ll figure out what’s holding you back, try tools that fit your life, and adjust as we go. You don’t need to have it all figured out. Come as you are—I’ll meet you there with honesty, support, and a steady path forward.
